ABOUT

Wilton Benitez, the well know producer from Cauca, has won several prices, the Golden Bean in 2022, the best cup of Cauca in 2023 and in 2024, Edwin Tascón, who is part of Edwin's team, has become Colombia's barista champion.

The fermentation process of this coffee is as follows: sanitization with ultra violet light and ozone to eliminate microbial activity.  Pulped and fermented for 60 hours in a bioreactor, washed and dried for 46 hours mechanically and at a controlled temperature of 38 degrees Celsius.

This coffee is suitable for filter and for espresso preparation.  We roast separately for both preparations, please specify at the time of your order whether you prefer filter or espresso roast.
